Why Vapus
Your health has a story. It deserves a home.
Most of us keep our health history in five places at once: a folder of PDFs, photos in a chat, a doctor's portal, and memory. Vapus puts it in one vault that only you control.
The problem
- You repeat your history to every new doctor, and forget half of it.
- Reports live in email attachments, chat threads and photo galleries.
- "When did this start?" and "Did you take it today?" are hard to answer from memory.
- Sharing a record with a doctor usually means forwarding files that then stay in an inbox forever.
What Vapus does differently
You own the record
You decide who sees what, and for how long. Nothing is shared by default.
Free to keep, pay only to share
Logging, uploading and tracking are free. A credit is used only when you create a doctor share link.
Honest about its limits
Vapus is a record and a set of tools. It is not a doctor, and it says so wherever it matters.
What we believe
- Your health data belongs to you.
- Sharing should be a deliberate act, with an end date.
- Software for health should say clearly what it can and cannot do.
- The record should get more useful the longer you use it.
