One cabinet, not a dozen foldersAvailable in the app
Upload prescriptions, lab reports, discharge summaries and scans. They live in private storage that only your account can open.
What it does
- Upload PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 20 MB each.
- Label each file: Prescription, Lab report, Discharge summary, Scan or Other, plus a short note.
- Files are stored privately. Nobody can open one without being signed in with permission.
- Opening a document uses a link that expires after 60 seconds, so a copied link stops working almost at once.
- Deleting a document removes the record and the stored file.
How to use it
- Open DocumentsChoose Documents in the sidebar.
- Pick a file and a typeAdd a note such as "Blood test, March" so it is easy to find later.
- Save to vaultThe file is uploaded and added to your cabinet.
- Open or delete anytimeUse Open to view a file, or Delete to remove it permanently.
When you share with a doctor
A share link shows the list of your documents (type, note and date). The files themselves are not included in the shared view.
Keep your originals
Vapus is a convenient copy, not an archive service. Keep the original paper or digital record wherever your clinic issued it.
