How it works
From first entry to a shared record in four steps
Vapus is simple on purpose. Build your record a little at a time, and hand out access only when you choose to.
- Create your vaultSign up with your email. Confirm it, and your vault is ready. It is free.
- Build your recordLog symptoms on the timeline, upload documents to the cabinet, and list your medications.
- Invite the people who helpGive a family member or carer the access you choose: log only, log and view, or full.
- Share with a doctor when it mattersCreate a read-only link with an expiry. It uses one credit, and the doctor needs no account.
Common questions
Do I have to pay?
No. Your vault is free to keep. A share credit is used only when you create a doctor share link. See Pricing.
Who can see my data?
Only you, plus anyone you give access to or share a link with. Vapus staff do not browse your records. See Security and the Privacy Policy for detail.
Does my doctor need an account?
No. A share link opens in any browser and expires on its own.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete individual timeline entries, documents and medications yourself. To close your account and remove everything, email us and we will do it. See the Privacy Policy.
Is Vapus a medical device?
