1. Not medical advice
Everything in Vapus, and everything on this website, is for general information and personal record-keeping only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Shoonya Origins.
Always ask a qualified health professional about any health question or condition. Never ignore professional advice, or delay getting it, because of something you saw in Vapus.
2. Not a medical device
Vapus is not a medical device and has not been assessed or approved by any medical or regulatory authority as one. It must not be used to diagnose, monitor, treat or prevent any condition.
3. In an emergency
Do not use Vapus in an emergency. It does not monitor you continuously and does not contact emergency services. If you or someone else may be in danger, call your local emergency number (112 in India) or go to the nearest hospital.
4. Software-generated insights, readings and experimental modules
Some features and modules described on our website, such as prediction, camera-based readings, nutrition estimates, and monitoring for babies and older people, are experimental or in development. Where such features exist, their output:
- is an estimate and may be wrong;
- has not been clinically validated unless we say so explicitly;
- can miss real problems and can raise false alarms;
- must not be your only source of information or the basis of a health decision.
A lack of a warning does not mean you are well.
5. Information you and others enter
Vapus shows what you, or the people you give access to, have recorded. We do not check it for accuracy or completeness. If you share a record with a doctor, they are responsible for their own clinical judgement, and should verify what matters with you.
6. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep Vapus accurate and available, but we make no promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that information on our website is complete or current.
7. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the decisions you make about your health and for keeping your own copies of important records. To the fullest extent the law allows, Shoonya Origins is not liable for loss or harm resulting from your reliance on Vapus or this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
