Invite someone with a personal access key. You pick what they can do, the key expires on its own, and you can remove their access at any moment.
Three levels of access
Log only
Can add timeline entries, documents and medicines for you. Cannot read anything back.
Log & view
Everything in Log only, plus can read your timeline, medications and documents.
Full access
Everything above, plus can invite or remove other people, delete entries and create share links.
How it works
- Create an access keyEnter their email, choose a level and how long the key is valid (1, 3, 7 or 30 days).
- Send them the linkVapus gives you a link to send. It does not email it for you.
- They sign in and acceptThey must sign in with the same email address you invited, and have confirmed it.
- Remove access whenever you likeOne click ends it immediately.
Built-in safeguards
An invite works once, only for the invited email, and only until it expires. Nobody can accept an invite to their own vault.
Coming soon
The server already enforces these permissions. A dedicated screen for switching into a vault someone has shared with you is still being built.
