Replies & Meeting Booking

When someone answers, Raptor reads the reply on your computer, tells you what it is (interested, a question, an objection or an opt-out), drafts a response from your company facts only, and can offer real times from your calendar. You review and send.

The problem

A warm reply goes cold in a day.Raptor puts every answer in front of you with a draft ready, so the follow-through is a click, not a chore.

How it works

Step by step.

01

Notice the reply

Raptor reads your connected inbox without changing it. It spots email replies, LinkedIn's own notification emails when someone accepts or writes back, an email from someone you approached on LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business API replies.

02

Understand it

A model on your computer sorts each reply into interested, wants a meeting, question, objection or opt-out. An opt-out is honoured at once: the address is suppressed and never contacted again.

03

Draft an answer

The draft uses only the facts in your Company DNA. If they ask about price or anything you have not written down, it says you will confirm the details instead of guessing. Numbers, links and placeholders are flagged for you.

04

Offer real times

Connect your Google Calendar and drafts can offer three free slots, held for 48 hours. When the prospect picks one, you click Book and Google sends the invite with a video link. Raptor sees only when you are busy, never what your meetings are about.

05

Spot meetings booked elsewhere

Booking confirmations and calendar invites from tools like Calendly, Google Calendar, Outlook and Cal.com that land in your inbox are recorded. A match on the same company domain waits for your confirmation.

06

Learn from it

A booked meeting or a closed deal is credited to the pitch angle that earned it, so the next pitches improve.

What you get

Built in.

Reply inbox with drafts

Every reply, sorted by what it needs from you, with an editable draft.

Opt-outs respected

A request to stop suppresses the address and counts against the angle that earned it.

Calendar slot proposing

Real free times from your calendar, with working hours, buffers and notice you control.

Meeting detection

Meetings booked through your scheduling tool are noticed from the confirmation emails.

WhatsApp replies

For numbers on the WhatsApp Business API, replies arrive in the same inbox with a suggested answer.

Alerts

A hot reply raises a desktop notification, so a good lead is not missed.

Drafts always wait for you. Question and objection drafts carry a warning because a model running on your computer can misstate facts it does not have. Using your own Anthropic key for the writing step is optional, off by default, and sends the text being written about to Anthropic.
