AI SDR Autopilot

Autopilot runs the outbound loop for you. It finds prospects, chooses who to contact, writes each message from your Company DNA, queues it, follows up when there is no answer and learns from what happens. You set the daily budgets, and nothing sends without passing your approval mode.

The problem

Outbound is a chore nobody keeps up.Raptor does the tedious parts on a schedule and keeps you in control of what actually goes out.

How it works

Step by step.

01

Find and rank

The hunt looks for companies that fit your Company DNA, inside a daily new-prospect budget. Raptor then orders them by the estimated chance of a positive outcome, so the best opportunities go first.

02

Choose the contact

It reads the company's own website for published addresses and named decision makers and checks that the domain accepts mail. Every address is labelled published, inferred or guessed, and Raptor never probes mailboxes to test an address.

03

Write the pitch

Each message is written from the facts in your Company DNA, with an angle, subject style and send time chosen by the learning loop. A fact check rejects invented figures before you ever see them.

04

Queue it safely

Approve mode, the default, holds every message for you. Auto mode sends only validated pitches to addresses the company published itself. Everything passes the same pacing: a daily cap, opening hours, warm-up, a suppression list and an automatic pause if bounces climb.

05

Follow up

Unanswered pitches get a follow-up after about 3, 7 and 14 days, at most three, and never after a reply or an opt-out.

06

Learn

Replies, meetings and wins feed the learning loop. An address that bounces is remembered, and Raptor retries once with a different name pattern, held for your approval.

What you get

Built in.

Approval mode by default

Review every message before it goes. Switch to auto only when you trust the drafts, and auto still holds anything that is not a published address.

Daily budgets

Set how many pitches, follow-ups and new prospects Raptor handles per day. Your mailbox's own limits still apply on top.

Domain health

A read-only check of SPF, DKIM, DMARC and mail servers for your sending domain. Auto-send is held while the domain looks at risk.

Alerts that matter

Desktop notifications for hot replies, booked meetings, a paused mailbox and drafts waiting for you, with an optional email digest.

Keeps running in the background

Close the window and Raptor keeps working from the system tray, and can start when you sign in to your computer.

Prospects and contacts view

See who Raptor chose at each company, how sure it is, where the address came from, and where every channel stands.

Honest expectations: start in approval mode and read the first weeks of drafts before trusting auto. Autopilot runs inside the Raptor desktop app, so it works while the app is running on a computer that is on. Sending from a free Gmail address limits volume and deliverability, so use an address on your own domain before you scale.
