Raptor is built so your sales data stays yours. Your Company DNA, prospects, pitches and call analysis live on your own computer, the AI that reads and writes them runs locally, and the few things that do leave are listed plainly below and in our Privacy Policy.
Most sales AI works by sending your customer data to someone else's servers.That is a real cost in per-call fees and a real risk in privacy. Raptor takes the opposite default: local first, with clear lines around what is ever shared.
Local first, by design.
Your data lives on your machine
Databases, the vector store and your encrypted secrets are stored in a folder in your own user profile, with encryption keys generated per install rather than shared across customers.
The AI runs locally
Writing, coaching and analysis use a model running on your computer through Ollama, so your prospect data is not sent to a third-party AI provider and there is no per-call AI bill.
Guardrails around the edges
Paths are checked against traversal, unsafe internal web addresses are blocked, and text scraped from the web is sanitised so it cannot instruct the model.
You stay in control
Export a full backup, restore it on another machine, or reset and wipe local data whenever you choose.

Account sign-in
Your name, email and sign-in method go to our authentication provider so you can log in.
Workspace sync
CRM data and the items you sync from the desktop app (such as pitches, dossiers and call summaries) are stored in your Raptor workspace.
Licence and payments
Your email, licence key and plan go to our licence service. Payments are handled by our payment processor, not by us.
Search queries
Prospect searches are relayed through our proxy to a search provider, so the search API key never ships inside the app.
Anonymised outcome statistics
Interaction type, timestamp, weekday, industry, channel, pitch angle and outcome, encrypted before sending. Never company names, contact names, emails or message text.
Delegated crawling
When a heavy crawl is handed to our servers, the target URL and your client ID are sent so it can be processed.
