Step by step.
Choose your city and the issue
Mumbai, Pune or another city, and one of eight categories: pothole or road damage, garbage or illegal dumping, sewage or drainage, broken infrastructure, traffic violation, littering, streetlight failure, or other.
Drop the pin
Use your live location, or drag the pin on the map to the exact spot. You can add a landmark in words if that helps.
Attach a photo
JPG, PNG, HEIC or WebP, up to 10 MB. The file type is checked by its actual contents, not just its extension.
Submit
The report is sent over an encrypted connection. To limit spam, a single browser can send a few reports in a short window.
