Every entry carries structured eligibility criteria (age range, education level, career track, minimum academic score, location) rather than just a text description — which is what makes automated, individualized matching possible in the first place.

How the database is maintained

Admin-curated

Platform administrators add and edit entries directly, with every change logged for accountability.

Bulk import

Larger batches of opportunities can be imported from CSV or JSON files, so growing the dataset doesn't mean entering hundreds of records one at a time.

Deadline-aware

Each entry's deadline feeds directly into your recommendation ranking — opportunities closing soon are surfaced with appropriate urgency.

Deactivation, not deletion

Expired or withdrawn opportunities are deactivated rather than deleted, preserving a clean audit trail of what was ever listed.

Where we are today: the tooling to curate, import, and maintain this database is built and working. The dataset itself — actually loading hundreds of real, current opportunities — is an ongoing content effort, not a one-time technical task, and is still being built out.
