Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Shoonya Origins website or utilizing any of our 130+ free, browser-based tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of our ecosystem.

2. License to Use Tools

Shoonya Origins grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our computational tools for personal or internal business purposes. You agree that this license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

3. Restrictions and User Conduct

As a condition of your use, you explicitly agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Shoonya Origins tool or algorithm.
• Use automated scripts, scrapers, or web crawlers to harvest data or copy the interface of our tools.
• Repackage, re-brand, or commercially resell our free tools as your own software.
• Utilize our defense, infrastructural, or deep-tech logic in any manner that violates domestic or international laws.

4. Acknowledgement of Website Tracking

While our computational tools run entirely on your local machine to protect your sensitive inputs, you acknowledge and agree that the Shoonya Origins public website utilizes commercial tracking software (including Google Analytics and Apollo) for traffic and performance monitoring, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, visual interfaces, and logical decision trees provided within the ventures (including Aura, Construct, Basis, Raptor, Shakti, Aether Labs, and Shoonya Systems) are the exclusive intellectual property of Shoonya Origins.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our tools are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Shoonya Origins, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our tools, including data loss, hardware failure, or commercial losses.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
